Intake manifold for the B18B Sport and B20 engines with twin SU carburetors.

The casting quality is good, but as usual, we at Timos Motor believe that the manifold needs some additional work to achieve the best possible airflow if you intend to do some serious tuning.

As far as we know, we are the only online retailer offering this modification directly when purchasing the manifold. Simply select Intake Manifold Porting when ordering.

It is difficult to see exactly what needs to be done at first glance. The machining for the steel locating rings in the cylinder head is fine, but further into the manifold the cross-sectional area is reduced considerably, which does nothing to improve airflow.

Take a look at the last image and judge for yourself. We open up the restricted areas and rework the casting at several points to achieve the best possible airflow.
