Terms of Purchase & Delivery – Timos Motor (private sale)
Order confirmation
When you complete an order at checkout, the order is registered immediately and an order confirmation is sent to the email address you provided.
If you have not received a confirmation, please check your junk/spam folder.
Orders
All orders are binding as agreed. If you wish to cancel your order, contact me directly by email and include your order number. The minimum age for placing an order is 18, or with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. I reserve the right to refuse a purchase.
Payment
Payment is made via Swish, card or Apple/Google Pay. Invoice and instalment payments are not offered.
Scan the QR code, enter the number, or follow the payment link.
All prices are stated in SEK and EUR. No VAT is added.
Shipping & delivery
All orders are sent using tracked shipping. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipment information and a way to track the delivery.
Lighter shipments up to 2 kg are sent as tracked letters. Larger and heavier shipments are sent as parcels with DHL or PostNord, depending on the shipment’s size, weight and destination.
The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Items in stock are normally dispatched within 1–2 business days. For custom manufacturing, such as exhaust headers and other parts that are manufactured or completed after an order is placed, delivery may take longer, usually 3–14 days.
If a delivery is delayed for any reason, I will contact you.
For heavier orders over 20 kg, the shipment will be split into two parcels/shipments.
Uncollected parcels
If a parcel is not collected and is therefore returned, the cost of return shipping and handling may be charged. The cost depends on the weight and size of the shipment.
Complaints & liability
All products are checked before delivery. I do not provide any specific warranty unless otherwise stated for the product. If something is incorrect when you receive the item, contact me as soon as possible and we will of course try to resolve it.
Many products offered are tuning, racing and motorsport parts, and some are intended for competition use. Such parts may be subjected to considerably greater loads than standard parts and must be installed, adjusted and used correctly.
Tuning parts are installed and used at your own responsibility. I am not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, incorrect adjustment, modification, overloading or use for which the product is not intended.
If you are unsure about a product or how it should be used, please ask before purchase or installation.
Returns & withdrawal
If you ordered the wrong item or changed your mind, get in touch and we will try to resolve it sensibly. Always contact me before returning anything.
For ordinary goods covered by a right of withdrawal, the withdrawal period is normally 14 days from the day you receive the goods. You normally pay the return shipping cost yourself.
The product must be returned in substantially unchanged condition.
Custom-made or clearly customised products may be exempt from the right of withdrawal. This includes, for example, parts manufactured or adapted specifically for your order.

Your contact details are used to process and follow up your order.
The information required to process payment, the order and delivery is shared only with the services needed for this purpose, such as the payment provider and shipping carrier.
